Cagliari Airport Board of Directors presently comprises five members appointed by the Board of Shareholders. The current board members serve for a one-year period and their term of office expires in 2020 with the Shareholders’ Meeting called for the approval of the 2019 financial statements.

The board members currently in charge serve for a three-year period and their term of office expires in 2020 with the Shareholders’ Meeting called for the approval of the 2019 financial statements.

Statutory Auditors: Andrea Dore, Rita Manca, Marinella Mascia, Mario Salaris.

Independent Auditor

The independent auditor currently in charge serve for a three-year period and its term of office expires in 2020 with the approval of the 2019 financial statements.
