The companies which constitute  the So.G.Aer. Group are:

So.G.Aer. S.p.A.,  the holding company and concession holder for the management of Cagliari Elmas airport. The Chamber of Commerce of Cagliari  owns a 93% shareholding.  The remaining shares are held among the Sardinian Autonomous Regional Government, Sfirs, Banca di Sassari, Banco di Sardegna, Api Sarda and Associazione degli Industriali,  Meridiana, FIMA, Aironjet, Chamber of Commerce of Oristano and Consorzio Sardegna Costa Sud.

• Sogaerdyn S.p.A., which is wholly owned by So.G.Aer., supplies airport handling services.
• Sogaer Security S.p.A., which is 70% owned by So.G.Aer., cooperates with the State Police in the security controls.
• Sogaer Service S.r.l., which is 90% owned by So.G.Aer., manages the airport car parks.

SOGAERDYN  S.p.A.

La Sogaerdyn S.p.A., set up in 1997, is one of the airport’s handling agents which supplies ground assistance to passengers and aircrafts of the carriers which choose its services. In 2001 the company obtained the ISO 9002 certification and in 2003 successfully upgraded its quality management systems in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standards.
