Code of Ethics

In compliance with Italian D. Lgs. 8th June 2001 n. 231 regarding the companies’ administrative responsibility, SOGAER has adopted its own Code of Ethics.

The Code of Ethics reflects a set of principles of conduct, decision making and behaviour within the organisation that provide members and other interested persons with appropriate guidelines and standards of practice for making ethical choices in the conduct of their work. SOGAER’s Code of Ethics represents a minimum standard of professional practice and performance for the members of its Board of Directors, the members of its Board of Statutory Auditors, the company’s managers, its employees, collaborators and consultants.
