Cagliari Airport scores high on 2014 quality survey

The quality of services provided at Cagliari Airport during 2014 has been rated more than positively by its customers. Interviews and measurements conducted by an independent and highly qualified consulting company such as BDO have certified the high standards of infrastructures, professional staff and services available at Cagliari Airport.


Guidelines set by the Italian Civil Aviation Authority for ensuring unbiased annual surveys indicate improving quality levels and an overall Customer Satisfaction Index value above 96%. Among others, indicators such as ‘Terminal cleanliness’ and ‘WiFi connection’ performed very well (respectively 97.7% and 95.4%), as did both ‘Staff courtesy’ (98.1%) and ‘Staff professionalism’ (97.1%).
