Airport regulations
Airport Regulations define rules and information on airport use, to regulate all parties involved in the entire airport process at Cagliari Airport. Its purpose is to guarantee coordinated, regular use of infrastructures and plants being the airport process governance tool from a point of view of service level provided, operating airport security and regular airport operations.
Airport Regulations are set in compliance with national and international legislation, provisions, criteria, procedures, circulars and airport ordinances issued by competent Authorities such as ENAC, ENAV, IATA, ICAO, ACI etc.
The airport managing company and all parties operating in the airport for any reason have to abide by the ‘Airport Regulations’ and their activities must be carried out in compliance with the ‘Airport Regulations’ binding provisions.
The airport managing company and all parties operating in the airport must train their employees on ‘Airport Regulation’ content.
Cagliari ‘Airport Regulations’ are adopted by the competent Airport Authority through Ordinance n. 8/2012 on 18th December 2012.
