Lost property

In accordance with the legislation in force, SOGAER manages Cagliari Airport Lost Property Office (‘Ufficio Oggetti Smarriti’) located on the second floor of the passengers terminal in the Office Area.

The Lost Property Office is open to the public Mon-Fri from 10:30am to 1pm and from 2pm to 3:30pm.

Are you looking for something that you believe went lost at our airport?
Please, send an email to oggettismarriti@cagliariairport.it indicating the main characteristics of the item, the date of loss and your telephone number in ordet to be contacted as soon as possible from our staff.

If you believe you lost your personal belongings on board the aircraft or on the apron bus, please report to the Baggage Assistance Office in the main baggage reclaim area (Schengen Arrivals). Please refer to Baggage Assistance Office also for lost baggage.
