Calling of the Airport Users' Consultation March 2025
SOGAER, Cagliari Airport management company informs that, in accordance with the provisions of Annex A of Resolution n. 38/2023 of March 9th 2023, the Airport Users’* Consultation has been scheduled for March 4th 2025 at 09:00 AM. The public hearing will be held exclusively online.
During the Consultation, Cagliari Airport managing company will illustrate the Information Document, in order to provide airport users with appropriate updates regarding the consultation procedure for the revision of airport charges for the next regulatory period.
Documents and access procedure
Starting from January 20th 2025 the Information Document is available on request as described below. Airport Users interested in receiving information, clarifications, explanations and/or willing to access the documents must follow the instructions below:
• Send an e-mail to sogaer.spa@legalmail.it indicating ‘AIRPORT USERS’ CONSULTATION MARCH 2025’ in the subject line, with attached the confidentiality agreement (download here) duly filled out, stamped and signed by the Legal Representative.
• Wait for the e-mail containing our feedback. SOGAER, in consideration of the confidential information contained in the Documents, reserves the right to deny access in justified cases (e.g. Users who do not qualify as interested parties in accordance with the law).
In order to allow SOGAER to organize the meeting in a timely and accurate manner and to share the link to the videoconference, Airport Users are kindly requested to confirm their participation no later than February 26th 2025 by writing to sogaer.spa@legalmail.it indicating ‘AIRPORT USERS’ CONSULTATION MARCH 2025’ in the subject line.
The referent for the procedure, identified by the Managing company, is Emanuela Amat di San Filippo (Planning and Control Manager).
(*) An Airport User is defined as any subject, individual or legal person, involved in air transport of passengers, mail and/or cargo, to and from the airport in question.

SOGAER, Cagliari Airport management company informs that, in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 8.2 Annex A of Resolution n. 38/2023 of March 9th 2023, the Annual Airport Users’* Consultation has been scheduled for October 15th 2024 at 09:00 AM. The public hearing will be held exclusively online.
The Annual Users’ Consultation is also valid for the purposes set in ENAC Guideline n. 2018/001 Ed. n. 1 concerning the PRM fee.
During the Annual Airport Users’ Consultation, Cagliari Airport managing company will illustrate the Annual Information Document, in accordance with provisions of Paragraph 8.2 Annex A of the above-mentioned Resolution, and the PRM Annual Information Document, in accordance with provisions of Paragraph 6.2.1.1. of the ENAC Guideline n. 2018/001.
