Annual Airport Users' Consultation
Calling of the Annual Airport Users' Consultation 2023
SOGAER, Cagliari Airport management company informs that, in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 5.2 of the Model 2 issued by ART (Delibera n. 92/2017), the Annual Airport Users’* Consultation has been scheduled for October 24th 2023 at 2:30PM. The public hearing will be held exclusively online.
The Annual Users’ Consultation is also valid for the purposes set in ENAC Guideline n. 2018/001 Ed. n. 1 concerning the PRM fee.
During the Annual Airport Users’ Consultation, Cagliari Airport managing company will illustrate the Annual Information Document, in accordance with provisions of Paragraph 5.2 of the above-mentioned Model, and the PRM Annual Information Document, in accordance with provisions of Paragraph 6.2.1.1. of the ENAC Guideline n. 2018/001.
Documents and access procedure
Starting from September 29th 2023 the Annual Information Document and the PRM Annual Information Document are available on request as described below. Airport Users interested in receiving information, clarifications, explanations and/or willing to access documents must follow the instructions below:
- Send an e-mail to sogaer.spa@legalmail.it indicating 'ANNUAL AIRPORT USERS’ CONSULTATION 2023' in the subject line, with attached the confidentiality agreement (download here) duly filled out, stamped and signed by the Legal Representative.
- Wait for the e-mail containing our feedback. SOGAER, in consideration of the confidential information contained in the Documents, reserves the right to deny access in justified cases (e.g. Users who do not qualify as interested parties in accordance with the law).
In order to allow SOGAER to organize the meeting in a timely and accurate manner and to share the link to the videoconference, Airport Users are kindly requested to confirm their participation no later than October 18th 2023 by writing to sogaer.spa@legalmail.it indicating 'ANNUAL AIRPORT USERS’ CONSULTATION 2023' in the subject line.
The referent for the procedure, identified by the Managing company, is Emanuela Amat di San Filippo (Planning and Control Manager).
(*) An Airport User is defined as any subject, individual or legal person, involved in air transport of passengers, mail and/or cargo, to and from the airport in question.
