Car sharing now available at Cagliari Airport

Two brand new dedicated parking stands just in front of the Arrivals area: car sharing has finally landed at Cagliari Airport enabling drivers to pick up or drop off a Playcar vehicle at the main Sardinian hub.

Playcar low-impact vehicles are now available on a ‘free floating’ basis in different areas of Cagliari, including the airport, the port, the railway station and the light rail main stops. According to the stakeholders plans, all relevant points of interest in South Sardinia will be connected in the near future by shared modes of transportation complying to the highest European standards and following the global trend of reducing CO₂ emission levels related to urban mobility.
