The giant AN-124 lands at Cagliari Aiport on a special cargo mission
A true giant among planes, the AN-124-150, has recently landed at Cagliari Airport. Antonov Airlines was asked to perform a very special service on behalf of IMI REMOSA, requiring a 30 tons heavy valve to be safely secured in the hold of the plane and flown directly to the UAE.
IMI REMOSA, a global frontrunner in providing valve and actuation solutions for refineries and petrochemical plants worldwide based in Sardinia, has relied once again on a top-level infrastructure such as Cagliari Airport providing safe operations through its ground handler Sogaerdyn.
Thanks also to the cooperation with SOGAER Security, all the professionals involved did an exceptional job in allowing the AN-124-150 to take off smoothly from Cagliari on Thursday, 25th January with its special cargo.
