Passenger figures up for mid-August

With approximately 200,000 passengers expected from Aug. 9th till Aug. 18th 2019, Cagliari Airport announces its new seasonal traffic growth: this mid-August will see more seats available, more aircraft movements and more passengers than last year.

The increase in passenger figures that has been observed during 2019 is largely due to the new enhanced flight network that now boosts 80 destinations, of which 60 international. Summer 2019 sees Cagliari Airport connected to 22 countries with non-stop flights and this is positive both for the incoming and the outgoing sectors.

During July ’19 passengers travelling on the non-domestic routes have been 203,228, a solid +19.2% increase on last year’s figures for the same month; traffic on domestic routes grew by +3.2% in the same period.
