Airport services Jan-Sep’ 23: quality standards revealed

According to the latest survey, traffic figures went up and so did quality standards at Cagliari Airport.

Average passengers’ queues lasted 3’12” before check-in and 2’ before security. Arriving travelers have waited an average of 2’11” before disembarking, while waiting times for baggage recollection have been less than 11’ for the first offloaded baggage and 15’ for the last one.

Approximately 24,000 Passengers with Reduced Mobilty (PRMs) have been assisted in the first 9 months of 2023.

Following airport services have been recently improved and/or implemented: the airport library with its complimentary book sharing, musical entertainment thanks to a new public piano, enhanced maintenance of green areas, better cleaning services, increased number of Terminal Agents, increased medical staff and paramedical personnel available, new free drinking water fountains, new vending machines providing snacks and drinks and much more. A new app will be soon available for payments related to the use of Cagliari Airport parking spaces.
