SOGAER Group: renewal of the Boards of Directors

In the past few days all three companies belonging to SOGAER Group have appointed their new Boards of Directors.

SOGAER, the airport manager, is still chaired by Monica Pilloni; the new CEO is Fabio Mereu. Further board members are Giorgio Delpiano, Giorgio Efisio Demurtas and Gigliola Boi.

SOGAERDYN, the airport handling company, has appointed Gianfrancesco Lecca as new chairman and named Martino Moreddu new CEO. Cesello Vito Patrizio Putzu, Norella Orrù and Cristiana Vinci serve as new board members.

SOGAER SECURITY is now chaired by Roberto Bolognese. Gian Luigi Molinari has been appointed as the new CEO, while Elisabetta Secci, Giovanni Filippino, and Marta Musso are the company’s new board members.
