TOURIST INFORMATION DESK
Traditional Sardinian hospitality welcomes you in the Arrivals area of the passengers terminal: a Tourist Information desk open 7 days a week from 9.00AM till 9.00PM.
Thanks to the joint efforts of SOGAER and the Sardinian Regional Tourism Authority, you can now find useful information and start your trip around the Island right from its main airport.
The multilingual staff working at the Tourist Information desk are very well experienced in providing passengers and airport guests with tips and useful details on Sardinian tourist and cultural highlights.
At the Tourist Information desk you will find brochures and promotional publications on major local attractions. Operators will be more than glad to help you discover Sardinia and choose among classic itineraries and off the beaten track options. If you need timetables or other information on bus, train, ship or flight routes, do not hesitate to ask our staff at the desk.
This service is a major hit for tourists arriving for the first time in Sardinia in search of the perfect holiday destination but it could also be useful for anybody who wishes to experience new and fascinating sides of the Island.

FIRST AID STATION
The company Ontario manages - together with Sogaerdyn - the first aid service at the airport, providing initial treatment and free transport to the closest public health service emergency room to people present at the airport who require emergency medical care.
The First Aid Station is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week and is located in the Arrivals area on the ground level of the terminal.

The airport’s Chapel is dedicated to Our Lady of Loreto, patron saint of pilots, airmen and flight attendants as per declaration of Pope Benedict XV on 24 March 1920.
The more than 50sqm large Chapel is located in the Departures area on the second level of the terminal, next to the Sardinian artistic handcrafts shop and the casual and sport apparel shop.
Inaugurated on 15th October 2004 with a blessing ceremony hosted by the then archbishop of Cagliari Rev. Giuseppe Mani, the Chapel is now accessible to visitors and guests during normal airport opening times.
The airport is not unlike a city: its inhabitants are the airport operators, the taxiways and runways are its roads and the goods and services on offer are its shops. Processing each year more than 4.7 million passengers from all over the world, the ‘Mario Mameli’ makes no exception.
